1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, viewing, or placing an order through www.bunkerfirearms.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this website.

Use of this website and placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Affidavit of Customer

By placing an order, you affirm that:

  • You are not an unlawful user of controlled substances.
  • You are not under indictment or convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year.
  • You are not a fugitive from justice.
  • You are not subject to any restraining order.
  • You have not been adjudicated mentally defective.
  • You are not an illegal or unlawful alien.
  • You have not been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
  • You are at least 18–21 years of age depending on product type.
  • You are legally permitted to purchase firearms and/or ammunition.
  • Any firearm purchased is for lawful purposes only.
  • The firearm will not be transferred to another person (no straw purchases).

3. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws regarding:

  • Firearms
  • Ammunition
  • Magazines
  • Accessories
  • Modifications

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify legality before placing an order.

Liberty Enterprises – Idaho, LLC is not responsible for orders placed for items illegal in your jurisdiction.

4. Firearm Sales Policy

  • All firearms must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
  • Firearms will not ship directly to customers.
  • The name on the order must match the person completing ATF Form 4473.
  • Background checks are handled by your local FFL dealer.
  • All firearms sales are final after transfer.
  • Returns due to legality issues are subject to:
    • $45 cancellation fee
    • 20% restocking fee
    • Shipping costs deducted

5. FFL Ordering Instructions

If your FFL dealer is not already on file:

  1. Contact your chosen FFL before ordering.
  2. Have them email or fax a copy of their license.
  3. The FFL must include:
    • Your Name
    • Your Order Number
  4. Orders will not ship without FFL documentation.
  5. Orders without FFL received within 10 days may be cancelled with a 10% restocking fee.

We do not contact FFL dealers on your behalf.

6. Shipping Terms

  • Shipping within the United States only.
  • No international shipping.
  • No shipping to U.S. Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.).
  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
  • Firearms ship to FFL only.
  • Ammunition ships UPS Ground only.
  • Handguns ship FedEx 2-Day Express.
  • Regular Rifles ship UPS Ground.
  • Alaska firearm shipments: $75 per firearm.
  • Adult signature required for firearms and ammunition.
  • Tracking information is emailed after shipment.

7. Magazine Restrictions

We comply with all state magazine capacity laws.

Magazines exceeding legal limits will not ship to restricted states. If included with a firearm, they may be removed from shipment.

It is your responsibility to verify local magazine laws before ordering.

8. Ammunition Restrictions

We do not ship ammunition to restricted states including but not limited to:

  • Connecticut
  • Massachusetts
  • New York
  • New Jersey
  • Chicago, IL
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii

Ammunition ships Ground only and requires adult signature.

9. Taxes

6% Idaho State Sales Tax applies to Idaho residents only.

No tax is collected for out-of-state customers.

10. Order Processing

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after completion.
  • An order is not complete until all required documentation is received.
  • We do not guarantee delivery time refunds.
  • No split shipments.

11. Cancellations

  • Firearm cancellations: $45 fee.
  • Accessory cancellations: 10% fee.
  • Orders already shipped are subject to:
    • Return shipping
    • 20% restocking fee
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email only.

12. Returns & Refunds

  • 10-day return window (excluding firearms, ammo, body armor).
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Firearms cannot be returned after transfer.
  • Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

13. Liability Disclaimer

Liberty Enterprises – Idaho, LLC is not liable for:

  • Improper use
  • Modification
  • Installation
  • Storage
  • Legal misuse

Buyer assumes full responsibility upon purchase.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in Bonner County, Idaho.

15. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
